The Leader’s Factory was founded in 2009 on the belief that everyone deserves a chance to build a career that aligns with their passions and strengths. With 15 years of experience in career development and a team of dedicated professionals, we have helped countless individuals find their path and thrive in their chosen fields.

Apart from private schools and colleges, we would also like to collaborate with govt. schools and ngo’s to guide the under-privileged students for their careers as a social responsible organisation.

He did his Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University, Punjab.
